About me I started practicing sophrology on a personal basis during my first pregnancy. Then, like many people I had to learn as best I could to juggle with too many balls for my little hands, between professional and personal life, the mental and parental charge, the busy life, too busy sometimes... Then, one day after more than 20 years in the business world occupying different positions at management level (marketing, consulting, strategy) I experienced a complex and very challenging period which led me to question the meaning that I wanted to give to my professional life. Sophrology once again helped me overcome and recover from this challenging period. I was looking for a career with real meaning and strong human values. The decision to retrain in the field of therapy and "people support" became obvious to me. This quest also brought back sophrology on my path. The values of sophrology, the depth of this practice and the multitude of tools to transmit to provide well-being were all the more obvious reasons for me to train in this practice. I am fascinated by the human mind, the link with the body, so I carried on training and learning: neurosciences, breathing techniques, applied sophrology for different issues and contexts. However, I want to go further and develop another branch in my activity to support businesses differenly in their mental health and wellbeing strategies. Asd a result I now have another hat as a certified wellbeing practitioner. I am also bilingual in English and I will be delighted to be able to support you in this language if you wish. This has consequences on our work environments, the ever greater need for performance and the people's working conditions Working environment and conditions can impact the three dimensions of Man at work Cognitive Mental impact Psychosocial Emotionnal impact Physical Physical impact To move forward in today's world, it is important to understand how these 3 dimensions interconnect between personal and professional lives, to balance the demands from each and manage the negative impacts.
