We all have an immense amount of inner resources. We do not often realise just how much.  But life happens and sometimes they are buried deep down. Sophrology enables you to deploy them, to develop and optimise them for your own well-being: serenity, confidence, self-esteem, overcoming failures...

Increased self-awareness

Sophrology allows you to become more self-aware, of your emotions for instance. In sophrology we do not try to analyse, we aim to feel sensations.  Each sessions will be the opportunity to let body sensations emerge, we become aware of them without analysing them, it enables us to let go of things. Bit by bit we learn to feel our own tensions, feelings and better manage them daily

A wide range of uses

Sophrology can be used for many things. to regain daily calm and balance, but also: mental preparation (exams, birth and parenthood, sport challenges..).  It is also a key support for chronic pathologies and illnesses, it helps patients live better through the treatments phase

This is neither hypnosis nor psychology. I'm not here to analyze the "why" you are feeling like this but I'm here to help you find the "how" you can feel better. I will help you reconnect your body and your mind, I will give you a “toolbox” that we will add to during each session, guided by your own feelings
